Contributions to an academic program keep tuition down, provide scholarship assistance, secure equipment for student use, and provide experiential opportunities to faculty and students that elevate the academic experience, and would otherwise not be possible. As I am playing for my own tuition, every penny counts to make my dreams possible. I will be a first-generation college graduate, so I am very excited to make this mark in my family to hopefully increase the expectations for generations.
